LISBON - Keith J. McCauley, 26, of 7 Jones Road, Canton, was charged by state police at 9:45 a.m. Thursday with menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a weapon.

He allegedly threatened William L. Mintch with a steak knife, while a child was present.

He is scheduled to appear in Lisbon Town Court.
