MASSENA - Shane M. Church, 19, of 603 Route 5, Dickinson Center, was arrested Saturday at 10:45 a.m. on a warrant for three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child. Village police said he gave alcoholic beverages to three underage girls. He was arraigned in village court and ordered held on $1,000 bail in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.
