POTSDAM - Village police made two disorderly conduct arrests Friday at 3:02 a.m. on Main Street.

Patrick O. Briggs, 21, of Baldwinsville, and James T. Stuhlinger, 21, of New Hartford, were observed carrying a crosswalk sign.

Both are due in village court on Nov. 28.
