ALEXANDRIA BAY — State police said a teenager here offered to fix a girl’s iPod when it froze, but then he kept it.

Trenton A. Rounds, 17, of 134 Northern Ave., was charged Sunday with petit larceny, and is summoned to Village Court. The incident occurred Sept. 12 on a school bus, police said.
