SYRACUSE Syracuse University quarterback Ryan Nassib, wide receiver Alec Lemon and defensive tackle Jay Bromley were each named to the Big East football weekly honor roll for their respective performances in Saturdays 31-27 comeback win over Missouri.
Lemon caught 12 passes for a career-high 244 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner with 20 seconds left. Lemon had seven catches for 140 yards and both of his touchdowns in the fourth quarter, and caught four passes for 81 yards on the teams game-winning drive.
Nassib completed 26-of-40 passes for 385 yards and two touchdowns. He became the Oranges all-time career leader in passing yards and set a single-season school record with his 23rd touchdown pass of the year.
Bromley contributed two sacks for a combined loss of 13 yards, and finished with six tackles.
Syracuse will finish the regular season at 11 a.m. on Friday with a game at Temple, slated for ESPN2.
