Sean M. Reid-Frost, 26, last known address 101 New York Ave., Ogdensburg, will be sentenced Feb. 5 in city court for third-degree assault after pleading guilty to the Aug. 10 charge. According to court records, Mr. Reid-Frost struck Scott N. Phillips.

Mr. Reid-Frost is represented by the St. Lawrence County Conflict Defender’s Office.
