EVANS MILLS — Bryan C. Smith, 26, of 26797 Libby Lane, was charged Saturday night by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department with petit larceny and harassment as a result of a domestic fight.

He was turned over to Fort Drum authorities and is ordered to appear in town of LeRay Court.

Mr. Smith is accused of pushing and grabbing Acura T. Harvey, 23, in his residence at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday, and of then leaving the apartment while taking her iPhone, according to deputies.
