Krystin L. Holliday, 24, of 519 Clay St., Apt. 3, was arrested by city police for the second time in about a month on a charge of driving while intoxicated early Saturday morning.

Officers halted her on Public Square shortly before 1:30 a.m., and additionally charged her with aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding at 40 mph in a 30-mph zone on Arsenal Street, police said. Her breath test result was listed at 0.10 percent blood alcohol content. Under state law, 0.08 percent constitutes intoxication.

Ms. Holliday was also charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding on Oct. 20 in the city. On that occasion, police listed her BAC at 0.15 percent.
