Susan C. Monroe, 54, of 1005 Bronson St., was charged Saturday by state police with petit larceny in connection with an alleged shoplift incident Nov. 19 at Walmart Super Center on outer Arsenal Street.

She is accused to stealing children’s toys and clothing priced at a total of $201.57, police said. She is summoned for arraignment in town of Watertown Court.
