DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Derek W. Amberman, 28, of Norwood with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. Sunday on Pine Street. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent.

DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Arlene F. Silver, 49, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:31 p.m. Sunday on Market Street. She reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent.

UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Ceira M. Dawson, 19, of Warwick for making an illegal U turn and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:38 p.m. Sunday on Market Street. Police said an officer observed a vehicle make an illegal U-turn on Market Street. The registration on the vehicle was found to be expired during the traffic stop.

1141 Received a report of a vehicle operating recklessly on state Route 56 and Pierrepont Avenue. Patrols conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle.

1419 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a residence in Norwood for a possible unattended death.

2054 Traffic stop on Elm Street. Verbal warning issued.

2203 Traffic stop on Main Street. Verbal warning issued.

2224 Traffic stop on Market Street. Arrest made for driving while intoxicated.

2238 Traffic stop in Stewart’s parking lot. Ticket issued.
