PARISHVILLE — A Potsdam man suffered burns to his arms and hands after the pick-up truck he was driving rolled over and caught fire early Saturday, state Police said.

Daniel J. Rouselle, 23, address not available, was alone in the truck when it rolled into a ditch on Allen’s Falls Road shortly before 4:30 a.m., troopers said.

Mr. Rouselle was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital with burns to his arms and hands, state police said. He was discharged on Sunday, hospital officials said.

Mr. Rouselle was issued an appearance ticket in the case. A blood sample was taken, and charges are pending test results, troopers said.
