LOWVILLE — Patti J. Williams, 37, Lyons Falls, was charged Friday by village police with second-degree harassment.

Ms. Williams is accused of making a harassing phone call on Nov. 3 to a Lowville resident, whom police did not identify.

She was arraigned and sent to Lewis County jail on $250 bail.
