LYONS FALLS — Merry K. Bielewicz, 27, of 7512 Weberville Road, is summoned to appear in town of Lyonsdale Court to face charges of endangering the welfare of a child and attempted third-degree assault, charged Sunday by state police.

She is accused of hitting a 6-year-old boy on the knee Sunday afternoon during a domestic fight, police said.
