Flora A. Smith, 68, of 5 Sand St., Philadelphia, awaits arraignment in town of LeRay Court after being accused of shoplifting merchandise priced at a total of $167, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies charged her with petit larceny in an incident on Nov. 21 at Walmart Super Center, Route 11 in the town of LeRay.
