LOWVILLE Three village residents were charged Monday in connection with an alleged altercation at 3 a.m. Nov. 19 at a Church Street residence.
Village police charged Alyssa J. Kriwox, 22, with second-degree criminal trespass, while Dustin L. Kriwox, 24, and Tanya M. Dunn, 28, both were charged with second-degree harassment.
Alyssa Kriwox was accused of unlawfully entering Ms. Dunns residence, while Dustin Kriwox and Ms. Dunn were accused of subjecting her to unwanted physical contact, according to a department release.
All three are to answer the charges in Village Court.
