City police patrols responded to a reported fight at a West Main Street apartment Tuesday afternoon and alleged finding cocaine salts and two daggers.
Quintel E. Flowers, 26, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 51B, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on two counts of felony weapon possession and single counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was detained for arraignment Wednesday in City Court.
The two knives had been sharpened to be converted into double-edged weapons, which are illegal in New York, police said. The weapon counts are felonies because Mr. Flowers has been convicted of crimes: third-degree burglary last December and weapon possession in May.
Police said the cocaine salts were found on a ceramic plate.
The fight had ended before police arrived.
