Joshua C. Steele, 25, of 1208 Superior St., Apt. E-8, was arrested by city police Tuesday night after he allegedly threw and broke a woman’s cellphone.

He is charged with a felony count of third-degree criminal mischief.

Police said a phone owned by Kristi E. Young, same address, broke when it struck a wall shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday during a domestic fight.
