Virginia M. Demers, of 829 Mechanic St., called city police Sunday at 10:59 p.m. to report that a rock was thrown through a window at her house.

Robert D. Pelkey, 27, of 611 Ford Ave., was issued summonses Sunday at 3:35 p.m. on Spring Street for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, inadequate brake light and failure to comply with a lawful police order (stopping for a patrol car with lights and siren on), Ogdensburg police reported.

Shawn M. Kennedy, 24, of 81 Rensselaer St., Heuvelton, was ticketed Sunday at 1:02 a.m. on New York Avenue for public urination and arrested on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, city police said.

Douglas H. Kerr, of 929 Mechanic St., called Ogdensburg police Saturday at 3:45 p.m. to report that his vehicle’s hubcaps were stolen.

Christy L. Papineau, 33, of 1850 County Route 31, Lisbon, was ticketed Saturday at 12:24 a.m. on Ford Street for inadequate/modified exhaust, city police reported.

Raymond Carroll, 34, of 1735 County Route 15, Heuvelton, was issued a summons Friday at 10:12 p.m. on Ogden Street for unregistered motor vehicle, Ogdensburg police said.

Jorge L. Lopez-Rodriguez, 60, of 413 Judson St., was arrested Friday at 7 p.m. for criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment, city police said. He was accused of choking Cheri M. Bruyere, 30, of Ogdensburg, and pulling her hair. He was released to probation supervision.
