PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Krystal R. Boudle, 30, of 420 Old Market Road, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday following a shoplifting incident at Walmart. She reportedly failed to pay fro $104.16 worth of merchandise, including toolls and clothes.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nancy A. Montgomery, 56, of state Route 37, Massena, for unsafe backing following an incident at 7:29 p.m. Wednesday on Amherst Road.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Rhonda M. Adams, 36, of Hogansburg for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:40 a.m. Thursday on East Hatfield Street.
