A woman was arrested Wednesday night by city police on charges of felony criminal contempt and harassment.

The arrest of Haley M. DeJesus, 19, of 123 S. Rutland St., was her second this month. She is accused of violating a City Court order of protection about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, by grabbing her husband, Anthony I. DeJesus, 20, by his shirt with both hands while he was attempting to leave the house during a domestic fight, police said.

Mrs. DeJesus still has charges of third-degree criminal mischief and harassment pending from a domestic fight Nov. 10. Her husband was charged Aug. 31 with criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation, but was granted a reduction to harassment, according to City Court.
