Two motorists were ticketed Wednesday at 1:10 p.m. following a collision on State Street, Ogdensburg police said.
Carrie J. Lawrence, 35, of 314 Belmont Courts, was issued summonses for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered, uninsured and inspected motor vehicle and unsafe tires.
Brandy L. Lamay, 30, of 116 W. South St., was ticketed for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Melinda A. Montroy, 27, of 424 Belmont Courts, was arrested Wednesday at 9:26 a.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, city police reported.

Samantha H. Larue, 21, of 26A Tamarack St., Massena, was charged Tuesday at 5:08 with petit larceny at Price Chopper, Ford Street Extension, Ogdensburg police said. Also charged was Jon L. Larue, 21, of 26 Tamarack St. He was also cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and arrested on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear.

Nick E. Smithers II, 17, of 825 New York Ave., was arrested Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. for sexual misconduct, city police said. The alleged victim was identified as a 12-year-old female. He is due in city court on Dec. 6.

Garrett T. Grow, 26, of Glens Falls, was arrested Tuesday at 3:53 p.m. on a state parole warrant for revocation of release. Ogdensburg police arrested him at Hamilton Hall, St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center. He was turned over to state parole officials.

Terry D. Power, 31, of 1105 Knox St., was arrested Tuesday at 3:17 p.m. on a city court arrest warrant for trespass, city police said.
