A Queens man was sentenced Thursday in Jefferson County Court to 10 years’ probation for having sexual intercourse with a minor female.

Michael R. Ramdhanie, 22, also was ordered to register with the state as a Level 1 sex offender for a Sept. 5 guilty plea to third-degree rape. He also pleaded guilty the same day to third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He admitted that he had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl in January in the town of Watertown. He also admitted that he drove while his driver’s license was suspended.

Police said at the time of his arrest that he had befriended the girl over the Internet and met her at an Arsenal Street hotel, where the sexual activity occurred.

In other court activity:

Anthony S. Bidwell, 18, of 3369 French Settlement Road, town of Lorraine, was sentenced to a year in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and ordered to pay $500 in restitution for an Oct. 23 guilty plea to third-degree criminal mischief and an admission to a probation violation. He admitted that he damaged a vehicle belonging to Tina M. LaGrow, Watertown, in August. He also admitted violating probation by being charged with the crime. Information about why he was serving probation was not available from the court. He will be credited with an unspecified amount of time already served at the PSB.

Robert A. Williams, 21, and Diane M. Tyus, 22, both of Fort Drum, were sentenced to time served at the PSB and five years’ probation for Sept. 11 guilty pleas to four counts of third-degree burglary. They also were ordered to pay their share of $21,107 in restitution.

They admitted that on April 21, they broke into the Bear Claw Eatery and Cafe in the town of Wilna with the intent to steal something, broke into Dano’s Pizzeria in Felts Mills two days later, broke into Eternal Ink on Route 342 in the town of LeRay on April 30, and broke into an ice cream shop in Natural Bridge on March 30. Police said at the time of the break-in at Dano’s that a torch was used in an attempt to access money inside the ATM, but no money was stolen because it was burned. The suspects fled the restaurant’s entrance when the torch set off a sprinkler system. Joshua J. Tagliaboschi, 20, also of Fort Drum, also was charged with third-degree burglary in that incident, as well as in an alleged intrusion at a town of Pamelia business. Charges against him remain pending.

Kevin H. Goyer, 53, of 226 William St., was sentenced to five years’ probation and ordered to pay $10,445 in restitution for a Sept. 11 guilty plea to fourth-degree grand larceny. He admitted stealing money from his employer, the Space Place on Route 11 in the town of LeRay, by taking cash payments received at the storage locker facility and using the money for personal use in 2010 and 2011.

Willie R. Fowler, 26, of 328 Winslow St., Apt. 1, was arraigned on two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges were contained in a grand jury indictment unsealed in court. It is alleged that he had and sold cocaine twice on the same late-August day. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was sent to the PSB on $15,000 bail.
