Richard T. Fisher, 42, of 901 New York Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested Thursday at 10:06 a.m. on a warrant for a charge of second-degree criminal contempt. Ogdensburg police said he violated a court order of protection on Oct. 15.

Aaron T. Simmons, of 408 New York Ave., called city police Thursday at 9:36 a.m to report that his bicycle was stolen.

Karen B. Hadlock, 32, of 56 S. Main St., was ticketed Thursday at 8:06 a.m. on State Street for speeding in a school zone, Ogdensburg police said.

Alison M. Tulp, 33, of 43 Park St., Norwood, was issued a summons Wednesday at 5:44 p.m. at Route 37 and Bridge Approach Road for no/inadequate headlamp, city police reported.

Misty R. Shatraw, 41, of 1780 Route 30, Lisbon, was ticketed Wednesday at 4:48 p.m. on Ford Street for no/inadequate headlamp, Ogdensburg police said.
