Suzanne M. Brashaw, 58, of 525 Greene St., was ticketed Friday at 11:22 a.m. on Paterson Street for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign following a two-vehicle accident. Ogdensburg police identified the other motorist as Tarra L. Sharlow, 24, of 16 Pinecones Road.

Sarah A. House, 29, of 103 Pine St., was arrested Thursday at 8:31 p.m. for second-degree harassment.

City police said she threatened a woman at Belmont Courts.
