Can anyone tell us why,, when the St. Lawrence County legislators cut 50 jobs from public health, they still need the same number of administrators and bosses to handle half the people? These people get paid twice what regular workers get and now they will be doing half the work they did before. Really, no wonder we have budget problems.
The solutions they come up with are Band-Aids for huge problems. Cutting the library is laughable as one example. As always they never see the problems with themselves, only others.
