MASSENA — Michael Mitchell, 31, of 126 Liberty Ave., was charged at 8 a.m. Sunday by village police with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

He is accused of having a physical fight with his girlfriend, who was not identified by police, at his home in front of their child.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court. His girlfriend was issued an order of protection.
