OGDENSBURG - A Syracuse man was fined Tuesday in Ogdensburg City Court for public urination and exposure.

Margus McElroy, 45, was pleaded guilty as charged and was fined $75 for public urination and $100 for exposure of a person.

It happened Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. Mr. McElroy stood on the curb in the 1200 block of Lafayette Street between Ogdensburg police headquarters and the Belmont Courts housing complex. Crossing the street, he stopped to urinate and then finished when he reached the other side of the street.
