Charles F. Jacobs III, 25, Tannersville, was charged by Watertown police on an arrest warrant Thursday morning at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.

He is charged with second-degree assault, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an auto accident in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 2 in the 400 block of South Hamilton Street, police said.
