PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Samantha A. Clough, 21, of Potsdam with second-degree burglary Thursday following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 10:31 a.m. July 31 from the town of Pierrepont. Clough was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash.
