David R. Redmond Jr., 29, of 1113 Ford St., was arrested on an Ogdensburg City Court warrant at his home at 8:46 a.m. Friday for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. City police said he tried to exchange counterfeit money for legal tender. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released to probation.
