David R. Redmond Jr., 29, of 1113 Ford St., was arrested on an Ogdensburg City Court warrant at his home at 8:46 a.m. Friday for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. City police said he tried to exchange counterfeit money for legal tender. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released to probation.

John Raymond, 26, reported money stolen from his vehicle while it was sitting at Belmont Courts at 8:36 p.m. Thursday, city police said.

Robert Feivish, 54, of St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center, 1 Chimney Drive, was issued an appearance ticket for second-degree harassment after he and another patient fought at 11:38 a.m. Friday.
