Four Watertown men were accused Friday of unlawfully entering an Ohio Street garage back in October.

Charged with third-degree criminal trespass were Rex A. Countryman Jr., 21, and Bert E. Countryman, 18, both of 20848 Shepard St.; Mikael K. Heath, 23, of 21418 Weaver Road, and Vitaly L. Sytnikov, 20, of 210 N. Indiana Ave.

The four were accused of entering a garage at 1333 Ohio St. on Oct. 23 without the permission of owner Jamie M. Maitland Sr.

All four were issued appearance tickets for City Court. Rex Countryman and Mr. Sytnikov were returned to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where they already had been jailed on other, unspecified charges, police said.
