WEST LEYDEN — A town of Lewis man was accused of throwing his sister’s cellphone Friday, causing it to break.

Lewis County sheriff’s deputies charged Daniel P. Doolen Jr., 22, of 1302 Muha Road, Boonville, with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is to answer the charge in Lewis Town Court.
