EVANS MILLS — State police on Saturday charged Jonathan C. Echevarria-Barlow, 23, Evans Mills, with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Police said Mr. Echevarria-Barlow had a Glock 9 mm handgun without a state pistol permit.

He is to answer the charge in LeRay Town Court.
