State police on Saturday charged a second woman in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident Nov. 19 at Walmart Supercenter, outer Arsenal Street.

Rhonda J. Thomas, 32, Watertown, was charged with petit larceny, answerable in Watertown Town Court.

She was accused of helping to steal children’s toys and clothing priced at a total of $201.57.

Susan C. Monroe, 54, of 1005 Bronson St., was charged Nov. 24 with petit larceny in the same incident.
