A Watertown teen was accused early Sunday of allowing underage drinking at his residence.

Dakota J. Marzano, 17, of 119 State Place, upper apartment, was charged by city police with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child.

He was held on $250 police bail and is to answer the charge in City Court.
