The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Dana M. Lyndaker, 21, Croghan, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies after she was involved in a one-car rollover at 2:01 a.m. Saturday on Route 812 in the town of Croghan. Police said Ms. Lyndaker swerved to avoid a deer, causing her car to go off the road, hit a tree and flip over. She was taken by a Croghan ambulance to Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, for treatment of unspecified, non-life-threatening injuries.

Ms. Lyndaker was charged with DWI based on police observations, pending results from a blood test. She also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right.

■ Kelly A. Cramer, 24, of 109 N. Meadow St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and having inadequate headlights and rear lights at 2:32 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Black River Parkway. She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $500 police bail.

Ms. Cramer had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, which is the state threshold for aggravated DWI, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.

■ Thomas R. Logan, 57, of 7653 Tiernan Ridge Road, Waddington, was charged by state police with felony DWI at 8:45 p.m. Saturday after he was stopped on Buck Road in Madrid for failure to keep right, police said. Mr. Logan has a previous DWI conviction, troopers said, leading to the felony charge.

■ Charina M. Rogers, 28, of 623 Rensselaer Ave., Ogdensburg, also was charged by state police with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle at 1:36 a.m. Sunday on County Route 6 in Ogdensburg. Her BAC was 0.10 percent, police said.
