n Dana M. Lyndaker, 21, Croghan, was charged by Lewis County sheriffs deputies after she was involved in a one-car rollover at 2:01 a.m. Saturday on Route 812 in the town of Croghan. Police said Ms. Lyndaker swerved to avoid a deer, causing her car to go off the road, hit a tree and flip over. She was taken by a Croghan ambulance to Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, for treatment of unspecified, non-life-threatening injuries.
Ms. Lyndaker was charged with DWI based on police observations, pending results from a blood test. She also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right.

A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI and having inadequate headlights and rear lights at 2:32 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Black River Parkway. She was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $500 police bail.
Ms. Cramer had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, which is the state threshold for aggravated DWI, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication.
