Canton-based state police charged Thomas R. Logan, 57, of Waddington with a felony count of driving while intoxicated and use of a vehicle without an interlock device and ticketed her for failure to keep right following an incident at 8:28 p.m. Saturday in the town of Potsdam. He was placed under arrest at 8:45 p.m. on the Buck Road in the town of Madrid. He reported had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent and a drinking and driving conviction within the last 10 years elevating the Saturday charge to a felony.
