WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Amy L. Miller, 41, of Waddington with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:09 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 37 in the town of Waddington.
