Watertown police were unable to determine fault in an investigation Monday evening into a two-vehicle collision at Pearl and Huntington streets in which three women were injured.

Treated and discharged at Samaritan Medical Center were Shannon M. Hargett, 26, of 140 N. Rutland St., with back pain; Justine M. Graves, 24, of 21601 Floral Drive, with abdominal pain, and Donna M. Broadbent, 26, a passenger in the Hargett auto, who was semiconscious at the accident scene. Police said she had multiple complaints of pain.

Police said Ms. Hargett, who was cited with driving without a license, was westbound on Pearl Street when she turned left, going into the path of an eastbound pickup driven by Ms. Graves. Both women were favored by green traffic lights, and there were conflicting reports about whether Ms. Hargett was facing a green left-turn arrow, police said.
