Ogdensburg police ticketed Sarah S. Dupree, 20, of 1141 County Route 4, Ogdensburg, Tuesday at 3:23 p.m. on the 1000 block of State Street for speeding in a school zone. Police said she was driving 34 miles per hour in a 20 miles per hour zone.

City police arrested Sasha S. Thomas, 22, of Gatineau, Quebec, on Tuesday at 4:05 p.m. at Bridge Plaza for the unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released after posting $100 bail.

Zachary H. Smith, 23, of Ogdensburg, was arrested on the 400 block of Proctor Avenue Wednesday at 2:12 a.m. for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, city police said. He was arraigned in city court and released to probation supervision. Further details were not available.

Donald J. Brenno, 76, of 108 New York Ave., was arrested Wednesday on a city court warrant for second-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection, city police said. He was arraigned by Judge William R. Small, and released on his own recognizance, city police said.

April L. Hawkins, 41, of 938 Paterson St., was arrested at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was arraigned by Judge William R. Small and released on her own recognizance, city police said.
