POTSDAM — Village police arrested a Potsdam man Wednesday for allegedly entering an apartment at Midtown Apartments and stealing a basket of change.

Spencer T. Davis, 22, faces a second-degree burglary charge. He was arraigned in Village Court and released to Probation Department supervision.
