Rebecca J. Black, 36, of 825 New York Ave., Ogdensburg, was charged with obstructing governmental administration by state police at 1:50 p.m. Sunday.

Ms. Black allegedly lied to troopers who were investigating the whereabouts of Jefferey P. Gagnon, who was arrested Saturday for allegedly fleeing from police in his vehicle.

Ms. Black is scheduled to appear in Ogdensburg City Court.
