Keegan R. Dick, 19, of 441 S. Meadow St., was charged by Watertown police at 5:55 a.m. Saturday with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Police said they had gone to his residence to investigate a reported domestic incident and found Mr. Dick to have nearly three grams of the drug. He is due to answer the charge in City Court.
