Peter E. Graves Jr., 22, of 104 Creekwood Drive, Apt. 4, was charged by Watertown police Saturday morning with second-degree aggravated harassment.

It is alleged that on Thursday he called Steven D. McIntyre from 950 Mill St. and threatened to kill him. He is due to answer the charge in City Court.
