THERESA — James S. Wilson, 40, of 28230 Silver St. Road, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies early Tuesday with disorderly conduct following an incident at that address.

Deputies said Mr. Wilson yelled profanities, ignored orders to leave the area and threatened to start a fight.

He was given an appearance ticket for Theresa Town Court.
