Katrina M. Reed, 24, of 119 State Place, was charged by Watertown police early Tuesday with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following an alleged domestic incident at 542 Factory St., Apt. E.

Police said she damaged four doors, two picture frames and molding, valued at $225. She also is accused of biting Joseph J. Armstrong on his chest.

She was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
