POTSDAM – Kenneth J. French, 46, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operator at 11:17 p.m. Monday.

Mr. French was stopped when village police saw him allegedly driving a stolen vehicle on Sisson Street. He was found to be intoxicated when he was stopped, according to police.

Mr. French is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court.
