POTSDAM - Village police charged Zachary S. Amberg, 20, of Gouverneur and Nathaniel B. Burgess, 20, of Gouverneur with disorderly conduct - violent behavior at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday following an altercation on Market Street. Burgess was additionally charged with resisting arrest. Burgess was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released under the supervision of the probation department.
