■ DEFERIET — Because of the clerk’s vacation, the village Board of Trustees postponed its meeting to 6 p.m. Wednesday in the village municipal building, 68 Riverside Drive.

■ GLENFIELD — The Brantingham Snomads Snowmobile Club Inc. will hold a snowmobile safety course from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at the 3-G fire hall, 6229 Blue St., with lunch provided. Pre-registration is required by calling Cornell Cooperative Extension of Lewis County at 376-5270.
