LOWVILLE — Jerrilee Hartle Jr., 32, Castorland, was charged Friday by Lowville village police with second-degree criminal impersonation.

Mr. Hartle is accused of identifying himself to police as an attorney in a May 12 incident.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Lowville Village Court.
